Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply. Please note delivery days for the following services:

    • USPS (First Class and Priority Mail): Delivers Monday through Saturday

How long will it take to arrive?

When shipping by ground methods, shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground shipments. To ensure there are no delivery delays please review your address and advise us immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to rectify any mistakes in the delivery address.

How much does Apis Mercantile charge for shipping?

We extend our discounted carrier rates to our customers. Simply enter your shipping address and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the rate for you.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We send P.O. Box packages via USPS. Please allow 2-10 business days!

Please Note:

Honey is a natural product and can crystallize over time. Honey is not considered defective or damaged if it crystallizes or if the honey separates inside the jar. If separation does occur, simply enjoy separated or stir.


Return Policy

You may return unopened product for replacement, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.

In order to process a return, please reach out to our customer service team by email or by phone.  Our offices are open Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST and can be reach by calling 843-637-4826.  If you would prefer, our customer service team can be contacted via email at

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your replacement, store credit or refund request. Please allow at least 10 days from receipt of your item(s) to process your request. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We do not issue store credit for honey that has crystallized or separated. Honey is a natural sugar based product; overtime, most varieties will begin to crystallize. This is not a defect. Honey has a virtually unlimited shelf life and never expires. Product should be stored in a temperature controlled area to discourage the formation of crystals. To dissolve crystals, put jars in warm water. Different types of honey are seasonal and may not be available from month to month or year to year.
